The client will be asked by Renofix Call-Center to provide images and details to identify the service required followed by the location map.

Technical team reaches client location and start evaluating / executing the work required.

Client information is added to our database for a follow-up, feedback and rating purposes.

Job completion and feedback

Once the job is completed, customer service department will follow-up for a feedback, to ensure the quality of the repairs were as expected.
